About The Role


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Admin to support our team on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role would suit someone who is hands-on, enjoys keeping things organised, coordinates well across teams, and helps ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include:


Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team.
Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
Support the coordination and tracking of internal processes, requests, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update internal records, trackers, and documentation accurately.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general team support where required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external parties professionally.
Support basic onboarding, offboarding, and office/admin-related tasks when needed.
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned.

About You:


Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role preferred.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or a corporate environment will be an advantage.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic administrative tools.
Able to commit to a 3-month contract.
