We’re seeking for highly motivated and organised people to join our team as a Junior Assistant based in the Philippines. In this role, you will provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
- Provide timely and well-organised support to senior management (e.g. C-Suites and Head of PCM) by assisting with various tasks related to their daily activities and communication.
- Help with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring logistical details are in order.
- Serve asa point of contact, helping to coordinate communication between team members and external partners as needed.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, presentations, tables, and charts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Help organize and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents and arranging logistics.
- Support the management team with scheduling and travel coordination as required.
- Help maintain records and keep documents organized for company executives.
- Track time-sensitive tasks and assist in following up on priority issues.
- Assist with email organization, including sorting and maintaining directories.
- Provide general support to the team as assigned, including occasional assistance to the PCM Department.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a professional office setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle scheduling, manage calendars, and coordinatemeetings and appointments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize daily responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed, including ad-hoc support to different departments.
