About The Role

We're looking for talented, analytical, and passionate people to join our proven team as a PCM Intern based in Singapore.

This role is responsible for working on the entire deal process from deal sourcing and analysis – this includes analyzing the feasibility of deals, deciding on appropriate deal structure (e.g. equity, convertible bond, debt, etc), to deal execution, and the marketing and outreach to prospective investors.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

• To conduct research and devise scalable growth tactics to expand various categories of investors within our community. – PE/VC funds, corporate funds, family offices, external asset managers, high net worth angel investors
• Assist in deal origination efforts by applying  investor analysis and investment insights (aid the syndication team in building a consultative-sales-led approach for research objectives and trend analysis, for the purpose of high-value origination
• To develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite and effectively communicate its value, extending the potential for strategic partnerships beyond immediate deal closure
• To collaborate with technology teams to optimize and enhance the efficiency of our online distribution process‍
• Prepare presentation documents including pitch books, brief company descriptions, and proposals across multiple industries
• Support the team in origination efforts in the region
• Build and run financial models on relevant companies and/or projects where appropriate
• Perform investment research, analyze and write reports relating to deals or companies
• Assist in the execution process of live transactions
• Manage and handle client queries where appropriate
• To coordinate with senior members of the syndication team to track investor engagement and outreach efforts
• [To collate investor queries and follow-ups as required by the deal execution and syndication teams]
• General assistance to other senior members of the team

About you

• Working knowledge of capital-raising methods like stocks, bonds, and other securities
• Strong working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel is a must
• An ability to build, update, and maintain client financial models would be a plus
• Strategic-minded, detail-oriented, and very strong quantitatively
• Able to work independently and be part of a team
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
• Able to commit for at least six months of internship
