About the role

‍

We are looking for a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst with strong problem-solving skills and previous experience in constructing and overseeing BI assets. The ideal candidate should excel in fast-paced environments, collaborating with dedicated data-driven professionals, and enhancing the team's capacity to tackle organizational data challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. This role will be based in our Mumbai, India office.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

‍

• Uncover Business Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, interpret insights from complex datasets, and use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to all audiences.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain data dashboards & reports, recommend data collection & reporting improvements, and support data quality & governance standards.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, identify and define process improvement opportunities, and conduct ad-hoc data analysis to present findings.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and implement data infrastructure, including databases, collection systems, and analytics strategies. Conduct statistical analysis, apply predictive modeling techniques, and ensure data accuracy through efficient procedures.
• Embrace New Technologies: Assist with implementing and utilizing business intelligence tools, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

• Data Democratization: Champion data democratization initiatives across the organization, ensuring business users have easy access to relevant data and tools.

About you

‍

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a BI or analytics function.
• Good working knowledge on SQL and Python to perform data querying, building BI models and conducting data analysis. Experience with AWS, GCP or other cloud-based technology is a plus.
• Experience using the Data Build Tool (DBT) is a plus.
• Storytelling with the help of using data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Experience in data analysis and deep-dive analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Statistics Computer Science or related field.
