Am I eligible?

From consumer goods, financial services, food & beverage, to education, we offer our investors access to innovative companies across a diverse range of sectors, with different investment structures that meet various risk and return appetites

Our investors typically fall within 3 categories:
Retail investors

Individuals who are not angel investors or sophisticated investors

Investment limits

  • Maximum of RM5,000 for a single investment, and total investment amount of no more than RM50,000 within 12-month period
Angel investors

Individuals

  1. who are tax residents in Malaysia; and 
  2. whose total net personal assets exceed RM3 million or its equivalent in foreign currencies; or 
  3. whose gross total annual income is not less than RM180,000 or its equivalent in foreign currencies in the preceding 12 months; or 
  4. who, jointly with his or her spouse, have a gross total annual income exceeding RM250,000 or its equivalent in foreign currencies in the preceding 12 months

Investment limits

  • Maximum of RM500,000 within a 12-month period
Sophisticated investors

High net worth individuals, high net worth entities or accredited investors as set out in Part 1, Schedules 6 and 7 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 of Malaysia

Investment limits

  • No restrictions on investment amount
